- Will it work on my phone?
- Dial *#06#. If you see an EID and your phone isn't locked to one network, it will work.
- Does my number change?
- No. The eSIM is for data. Your usual SIM stays on for calls and texts.
- When does my plan start?
- When your phone first connects in the country you bought it for.
- Can I get a refund?
- Yes, in two cases: a full refund within 14 days if you haven't installed the eSIM, or a refund or replacement if a fault on our side can't be fixed.
