1. Who we are
peregrinapp.com ("Peregrin", "we") is operated by Tiercel OÜ, a company registered in Estonia (registry code 17570109, address: Merivälja tee 1, Pirita linnaosa, 11911 Tallinn, Harju maakond, Estonia). You can reach us at destek@peregrinapp.com.
The Peregrin iOS app is distributed on the App Store through Chai Ventures LLC (USA) and the Android app on Google Play through Upmotion OÜ (registry code 17071033); both are distribution vehicles only. In both app stores the party to the sale, the seller of the service and the issuer of the invoice is Tiercel OÜ.
2. What we sell
Peregrin sells prepaid eSIM data plans that give you mobile data while travelling abroad. The eSIMs work on local mobile networks contracted by our international eSIM infrastructure provider. Peregrin is not a mobile network operator; coverage, speed and continuity depend on the operator's network in the country you visit.
3. Buying and delivery
- You do not need an account to buy; your order is tied to the email address you give at checkout, and an account is created with it.
- Payments are taken through our payment provider, Stripe. Your card details are never stored on Peregrin's servers.
- Prices are in euros (EUR); the amount shown at checkout is the final amount. Any figure shown in another currency is an indication at the day's exchange rate.
- Your eSIM appears on your order page and is emailed to you as soon as the payment is confirmed. This is digital content delivered immediately (see the Refund Policy).
4. Your responsibilities
- It is your responsibility to check before buying that your device supports eSIM and is not locked to a network. Dial *#06# on the phone: if an EID appears, the phone supports eSIM.
- Your QR code and installation details are personal. Peregrin is not responsible for the consequences of sharing them with third parties.
- Using the service for unlawful purposes is prohibited.
5. Plan terms
Each plan's data allowance, validity period and coverage are stated on the purchase page. Unless the plan says otherwise, the validity period starts when the eSIM first connects to a network in its coverage area. Unused data expires at the end of the validity period and is not refunded. Unlimited plans are subject to a daily fair-use allowance, stated on the plan, after which speed is reduced until midnight.
6. Limitation of liability
Peregrin is not liable for outages, slowdowns or coverage gaps caused by the local operator. In every case Peregrin's liability is limited to the amount paid for the order concerned. This limitation does not remove the mandatory rights you have as a consumer.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Estonia. Consumers always benefit from the mandatory consumer protection rules of the country they live in. Consumers in the EU may use the European Online Dispute Resolution platform.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. The current version is always published on this page and applies from the date of publication.
