Will it work on my phone?
If your phone shows an EID when you dial *#06#, and it isn't locked to one network, it will work.
When should I install it?
Before you leave, on Wi-Fi. Your plan starts when you first connect in Kosovo. Remember that an installed eSIM can't be refunded.
When does my plan start?
When your phone first connects to a network in Kosovo. The days count from then.
Will my own number still work?
Yes. Your usual SIM stays on for calls and texts. Your home network may charge for those while you're abroad, so turn off data on your usual SIM.
What if I run out of data?
Add a top-up from your account. It goes onto the same eSIM, so you don't install anything new.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, in two cases. You get a full refund within 14 days if you haven't installed the eSIM. If it doesn't work because of a fault on our side that we can't fix, we refund or replace it.
What if it doesn't connect?
Check that data roaming is on for the eSIM. If it still doesn't connect, email destek@peregrinapp.com with your order number.
