Will it work on my phone?
Most phones from the last few years support eSIM: iPhone XS and later, Samsung Galaxy S20 and later, Google Pixel 3 and later. The phone must not be locked to a network. To check, dial *#06# in the Phone app: if an EID number appears, the phone supports eSIM.
How do I install it?
After payment you get a QR code on screen and by email. On iPhone, one tap installs it. On Android, save the QR code and choose it from your photos when adding an eSIM. Installing takes about two minutes on Wi-Fi.
When does the plan start?
The plan starts when your phone first connects to a network in Turkey, not when you install it. Install at home, and the days start counting when you land.
Can I buy now and install later?
Yes. You have 180 days after purchase to install the eSIM. Installing early costs nothing: the days start when you first connect in Turkey.
Does WhatsApp keep my number? Can I share data by hotspot?
Yes to both. The eSIM is data only: your own SIM stays in the phone for calls, texts and WhatsApp on your usual number. Hotspot sharing is allowed; on some Android phones it needs an APN setting, which we send with the eSIM.
What if I run out of data?
Add a top-up from your account on this website. No new QR code and no new installation; the data continues on the same eSIM.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, within 14 days, as long as the eSIM has not been installed. Once installed, the purchase is final. If an installed eSIM gives no service because of a fault on our side that support cannot fix, you get a full refund or a free replacement.
